As funny as it may seem my brand awareness with speakers was first made with Metalocalypse's Dethklok.... Yes, you read that correct.  The Cartoon Death Metal band richer than the next 13 economies combined.  They were endorsed by a company called Krank and used Dime Bag's signature cabinets loaded with Texas Heats.  I knew instantly at age 16 that those speakers must an industry standard and if I ever owned a cabinet I wanted it to be loaded with those.

Fast Forward several years later to making my prototype 4x12.  You guessed it, I made sure it was loaded with Texas Heats.  After training my ear a bit more I wanted to add an extra bit of sizzle to the top end and "enter the chat" comes the Eminence Man O War.  I loved that it had the low end and mid range clarity of the Texas Heat but added that little bit of 80s metal sizzle we all fell in love with.  This Combination has been a proven winning formula by the countless hours, bands and fests these have been put through and how they still maintain their punch, clarity and reliability.

Fast forward to my first NAMM in the mid 2010s.  My cabinets unique design caught the eye of a videographer.  He approached to talk shop about my cabs, their aesthetics and of coure, materials/components.  I spilled every juicy detail that I could and highlighted my affinity for Eminence and that I've used nothing but Eminence in my builds.  Before we parted ways he told me he would be showing that interview to Eminence.  Last day of NAMM I was approached by a sales rep and sure enough they graced me with an "Authorized Dealer" title.  I have done nothing but push Eminence the best I can ever since.
